Tournament Wrapup Shawnigan Win AAAA, Earl Marriott AAA Tier 1, Collingwood AA Tier 1, Lord Byng AAA Tier 2, Sir Charles Tupper AA Tier 2 Titles: Match Video and Article Links
There were a few upsets along the way, #6 ranked Robert Bateman, owns most of those but they weren't able to clear the final hurdle losing to #1 seed Earl Marriott in the AAA Tier 1 final. Byrne Creek also defied the odds coming in at #4 but eventually losing to #2 Sir Charles Tupper in the final.
In AAAA it was #1 Shawnigan taking gold, in AAA Tier 2 it was #2 Lord Byng upsetting #1 West Vancouver. In AA Tier 1 it was top ranked Collingwood all the way.

Day 2 #6 Seed Robert Bateman Surprises Yale to Make AAA Final; #4 Bryne Creek Knocks Off Top Seed D.W. Poppy in AA Tier 2 to Make Final
Things are progressing as expected in AAAA with a Shawnigan v St. George's final, but in AAA Tier 1 Robert Bateman has been the surprise of the tournament. Going in ranked #6 they've defeated the #3 seed and now the #2 seed to get a shot at the top ranked Earl Marriott in the final.
In AAA Tier 2 it's the #1 West Vancouver facing #2 Lord Byng in the final.
In AA Tier 1 as expected #1 Collingwood will take on #2 SMUS. In AA Tier 2 however newcomers Bryne Creek created an upset after knocking off top seed D.W. Poppy giving them a final appearance against #2 Sir Charles Tupper.

Few Upsets on Day 1 of Championship Tournament as #1 Seeds Progress

In AAAA both #1 Shawnigan and #2 St. George's have progressed to the final with wins over Oak Bay and Carson Graham.
In AAA Tier 1 Fraser Valley schools #1 Earl Marriott and #2 Yale look set for a final showdown but have to get through semi-final opponents first. One of the few upsets was #6 Robert Bateman defeating #3 R.E. Mountain.
In AA Tier 1 #1 Collingwood look strong defeating Rockridge and will face #2 SMUS in the final.
In AAA Tier 2 #1 West Vancouver and #2 Lord Byng were comfortable winners and progress to the semis.
In AA Tier 2 it was #1 D.W Poppy and #2 Sir Charles Tupper with wins and facing Byrne Creek and L.V. Rogers in the semis.
Boys High School XVs Championship Starts Wednesday in Abbotsford: Schedule and Live Stream Info
There are 32 high school teams congregating in Abbotsford this week to compete for provincial titles in 5 divisions.

Shawnigan have been perennial winners of the XVs but last year Oak Bay became the first public school to claim the AAAA title in a number of years. Shawnigan appear to be back on form but in rugby anything can happen.
In AAA the Fraser Valley schools have done well with Earl Marriott and Yale ranked #1 and #2 this year. In 2018 South Delta won and in 2016 it was Carson Graham.
In AA it has been a battle between SMUS, Collingwood, Rockridge and Brentwood over the past years and this year they are the only schools in AA Tier 1.
