Ciaran Hearn has 14 caps for Canada starting in November of 2008 against Ireland in Limerick. He is also one of the core players for the Canada 7s team. His BC team, the Castaway Wanderers, recently won the BC Premier title for 2011. He also plays for The Rock who won the 2010 title in the CRC league.

Chauncey O'Toole has been capped 9 times in XVs with the first cap in May 2009 versus Ireland. His latest cap was against Georgia in November 2010. He was a member of Canada 7s squad that won the last two Bowl titles in Hong Kong.

Pat Riordan has 32 caps for Canada including 4 in the 2007 World Cup. His first cap was against USA in 2004 and his latest in 2010 against Portugal. He's scored 4 tries for Canada.

Frank Walsh hails from Newfoundland but like many national team players competes in the BC Premier league. He has been capped four times for Canada with his first test against Ireland in 2008. He was won four national titles with The Rock with the first in 2005 and the latest in 2010.

"Of course my first Test debut against Ireland is very special, along with The Rock winning four National Championships, but I think winning our first Championship in 2005 and again this year are great rugby memories and highlights. In 2001 I was playing rugby with CW and my club team in Newfoundland "Vandals" flew myself, Kenny Goodland, and Andrew Mooney home to play the Goodyear Cup final in Oct, and we won the game to claim our first NL club championship, then in May we won the B.C. title with CW, definitely a highlight of my career."

Sean Duke has represented Canada many times in 7s and also has seven caps in XVs starting in November 2008 against Scotland. He was part of the UVic team in 2010 that won the BC Premier Rounsefell Cup.

Sam Jenkins is one of the top centres in the BC Premier league, he has represented Canada at junior levels but career commitments have prevented him from following rep honours at the senior level.

Ben Johnson represented Canada at the U19 level at the World Championships in Dubai in 2006. In 2008 he was a member of Canada's Churchill Cup squad and was a member of the Canadian team at the London and Edinburgh 7s in 2010.

Brian Erichsen has been a veteran of the battles in the BC Premier league and attained his first Cap in November 2009 against Russia. He started his rugby career in Winnipeg, Manitoba and now plays for the Meraloma club in Vancouver.

Started Playing: I first started playing rugby in Grade 12 officially as my high school (Oak Park High in Winnipeg) didn't have a team until my last year. I did grow up around the rugby field though as my Dad played and then moved onto referee.

Favourite Rugby Memories:
Finally achieving my dream of wearing a Canadian jersey vs Russia on very wet November day at Swangard. Sitting in the room after taking it all in and being given a Russian jersey by Adam Kleeberger that he traded for because he knew it was my first cap.

Being a part of the Canadian team that beat France A in the 2010 Churchill cup to advance to the final and contributing a timely try.

Winning the 2009 Rounsfell cup with the Meraloma's in dramatic fashion with a last second kick to defeat James Bay.

If you want to go way back... winning the Tier II Senior men's championship with Manitoba for their first time when I was 19.

At the young age of 22 Nathan has an impressive rugby CV. Representing Canada at the World Junior Championships in 2008, he already has 6 caps for the Senior National XVs Team and numerous international tournaments under his belt in 7s. He has a unique position being a mainstay on both the national XVs and 7s team.

Started Playing: In grade 8, for Richmond RFC and my high school. I went to Hugh McRoberts Secondary in Richmond, BC. Coached under Garry Hirayama (dad), Al Smith, Joe Clemente, and Dave Milholm from grades 8-12.


Favourite Rugby Memories:
My most memorable rugby moments have to be playing home games in high school with all my buddies, and my first caps for both 7's and 15's.

Mike has played professionally for Pau in France and Cornish Pirates in the UK. His first cap for Canada was in 2004 against the USA. He is currently working as a Commercial Realtor at CB Richard Ellis in Vancouver where he specializes in leasing and sales of industrial properties in the central and east Vancouver markets. Mark was a strong factor in CW's 27-12 win over Burnaby on the weekend, even though starting at #6 he finished strong playing #8, a position he played at Brock University.
