Bayside RFC Student Job Fair on May 14th – Would Readers Like a Virtual Job Fair Section on BCRN
We saw this on Bayside’s Instagram page and thought it was a great idea. We have been contemplating setting up some sort of Job Board on BCRN to serve the BC Rugby community. The BC Rugby community is fairly tight, if I don’t know you, I know someone who does, 2 degrees of separation. That level of connection between rugby connected employers and rugby connected job seekers offers a built in level of trust and vetting.
There are high school and university players looking for summer jobs and permanent jobs, club players from BC and across Canada looking for jobs. There are also rugby people in BC involved in finding suitable candidates for jobs or who own businesses looking for employees. If we have enough interest we’ll set up some job board software but in the interim if you want to advertise a job/career on here, send us the details (editor@bcrugbynews.com) and we’ll find a place to post it on the website. Good luck to Bayside on their Student Job Fair intitiative.

Bayside Sharks RFC is pleased to host a Job Fair on Wed, May 14th, 2025 from 5pm to 9pm at the Bayside Clubhouse.
This is geared towards high school students graduating from local high schools who would like to explore job opportunities available in the community. We are looking for employers within the club and surrounding community who would like to set up a table and provide insight into the employer they represent.
