From BC Rugby Match Officials Society
The Rugby Match Officials Society of British Columbia is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of longtime referee Mark Abercrombie. Mark was a relentlessly positive person whose warmth and energy could light up any room. He was a valued member of our community, and his presence on and off the field will be deeply missed.
We extend our sincere condolences to Mark’s family and friends. He will forever be remembered in our hearts.

Aber was great humour in the ref tent. He was a staunch Carson Graham supporter and so hated Oak Bay High.. always good banter before, after, and during games. He always approached the game with good humour, first and foremost.
