Ray Barkwill Assistant Coach USA Rugby
Ray Barkwill has been named as the Assistant Coach of the USA women’s XVs team on their tour to the UK to play South Africa on March 30th. That will be a preparation match for their Pacific Four match against Canada on April 28th in LA. Ray announced earlier on his Linkedin account that he was ” happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Defense Coach at USA Rugby!”
Women’s Eagles are back for 2024, kicking off the season with a warm up match against South Africa.

Shawnigan Lake School in California
Shawnigan Lake School are in California to test themselves against the best in the west. They played De La Salle school on March 11th, the video link is in the social media post below. De La Salle won the match 20-3, scoring all their points in the 1st half. Gonzaga High School in Washington, DC is the #1 ranked team with De La Salle ranked #2 in the USA.
