Saracens
4. Julia Omokhuale – 8.5
Scored her side’s opening try of the final and looked constantly energised, always ready to surge in support of her team’s ball carriers. Gave the opposition’s lineout hell —managing to claw a steal— and kept disrupting the Trailfinders ruck whenever she could.
5. Laetitia Royer – 8
Massive, massive performance from Canada’s Laetitia Royer, who was pivotal to deflating the opposition’s driving maul, quickly finding a way to break it apart. The experienced lock was one of the Saracens top off-the-ball operators, tirelessly working to keep her team in the driver’s seat.
6. Gabrielle Senft – 7
That yellow card could’ve been costly for Saracens, were it not for the way her team held together in those ten minutes. However, it would be extremely harsh to judge Senft solely on that moment, as she was otherwise precise at the breakdown and put in more than a few heavy tackles.
8. Sophie de Goede – 9
If Packer was beyond spectacular, what can we say about the 2025 World Rugby Women’s 15s Player of the Year, Sophie de Goede? Cunning and energetic, the No.8 was ferocious in every area of the game, playing a massive role in how events unfolded in this final. 60 running metres, three defenders beaten, 10 successful tackles, and one dominant hit — an all-action display that helped Saracens reclaim the title.
9. Olivia Apps – 9
Another Canadian operative who was crucial for the Saracens title glory. Olivia Apps was immense, masterfully commanding her team with several key passes and smooth play, making things easier for the new PWR champions.
14. Alysha Corrigan – 8
Like Sydney Gregson, Alysha Corrigan was brilliant, making every opportunity count and eventually crossing for a try. The Olympic speedster capped off the final with a game-high 90 running metres and five defenders beaten.
Exeter
3. Maya Montiel – 6
Scored first Trailfinders first try on 49 minutes. Physical in defence, making Saracens work for metres. Like much of the Trailfinders pack, she spent long periods defending because Saracens controlled possession and territory. She couldn’t produce a decisive turnover, line break, or other momentum-shifting moment that changed the course of the match.
10. Claire Gallagher – 6
Didn’t really control the game as well as her opposition, had little possession. Saracens’ defensive line speed meant she had limited time to operate, and at times she was forced into safer options rather than unlocking play. Unlike her semi-final performance [where she was heavily praised for accurate kicking that helped unlock tries], today she didn’t really get the same attacking platform or space to influence the game as much.
