The BC Premier returns for Week 7 after the winter break. All 10 teams are in action with Lomas sitting in the top spot and undefeated. There are some roster changes from November with MLR players returning to camp and the Pride getting some new faces. The rosters listed below are in the format last match/this match.
Talon McMullin has been named as the 10th Vancouver Highlanders signing. He joins his brother Takoda who was the 4th signing for the Highlanders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for BC-based Coaches, with the recipients selected to attend 14-day program at the home of Crusaders Rugby in Christchurch, New Zealand, on May 20-31, 2024.
Canada will be on the road for this year’s Pacific Four Series with stops in USA, Australia and NZ. The top 3 teams from the series will compete in WXV1 along with the top 3 teams from the Six Nations.

The Vancouver Highlanders have announced Melani Nanai as their 9th signing.
The Canadian women lost to Great Britain 7-0 in the quarter-final but defeated Fiji 26-5 in the 7th/8th place game. That result puts Canada at 6th place overall in the standings with USA and Ireland jumping ahead of them.
The second half of the season recommenced this weekend with the exception of men’s Premier, that will restart next weekend. UBC lost a close game to CWU, 20-13, the game can be viewed here. Also in exhibition play the UVic Jutes defeated the Doug Tate Selects, 27-0, and that match can be viewed here.
